A Chartered Accountant by profession with a BCom Degree from SD College, Chandigarh, Ujjwala has over three years’ experience in venture capital. Her capabilities include end-to-end transaction management, deal screening, evaluation and execution. She provides portfolio support encompassing growth; establishing, standardising and implementing business processes; and aiding ESG and other statutory compliances.

Prior to YourNest, she was part of the investment and portfolio management team at Modulor Capital and also worked with Unified Vision Capital in origination and execution of debt and private equity deals as well as industry analysis and financial modelling.
