Kavya is a 2023 graduate with an Honours Degree in International Development from King’s College London. She studied themes such as development economics, global value chains and project management, with a particular focus on climate, environment and uneven development. This gave her a strong foundation in ESG and sustainable development in a global context.

She has worked as a Delegated Underwriting Assistant at CJ Coleman in London and gained early experience as a market research internship at a startup.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, and is deeply passionate about animal welfare, with the long-term goal of opening her own shelter.
