Shaifali is a thorough investment professional, with over 9+ years of experience in venture capital and investment banking. She started her career in investment banking at UBS, which was followed by a brief stint at a private investment firm and, subsequently, at a boutique investment bank, where she spent considerable time working on transactions across debt, equity, M&A, and the stressed asset domain. Her last stint was at Ncubate Capital Partners, where she was responsible for end-to-end new deal flow, execution, portfolio management, and exits (early-stage domain).

She is enthusiastic and eager about identifying new investment trends, developing a good sense of the market pulse and helping entrepreneurs, very early in their careers, navigate through those critical times. She holds an MBA in Finance and Banking and is also pursuing her CFA Charter (Level II). Besides work, she devotes her time to her daughter and family. She is a firm believer in constant learning and in keeping that mode always on.
