Satish Mugulavalli is the Founder of RuleZero, a legal and fintech startup building equity management solutions for the private markets.
He is a technology entrepreneur and venture investor with 25 years of experience across India and Silicon Valley and an advisor and mentor to several high technology, startups, incubators and accelerators.

Satish was most recently a Venture Partner at YourNest Venture Capital, an early-stage deep technology venture fund. He is focused on spotting trends; innovators and helping them build global organizations. He served on the board of Emotix, a Robotics startup and Lavelle Networks, a Software-defined Networking startup and advises over 15 startups in YourNest’s deep tech portfolio.

Previously he was Co-founder & Chief Architect of Verismo Networks based out of Bangalore and Silicon Valley where he conceptualized and built the industry’s first OTT Internet Video platform delivering broadcast and on-demand content directly to a legacy television channel.

Satish has over 20 years’ experience in architecting high-performance systems in voice, video and data networking products, Internet platforms and services. He has built products and deployed them in more than 150 countries in a career that includes leadership roles in Teneoris Networks, Ishoni Networks and Multi-Tech.

Satish is a BE in Computer Science from Mysore University.
