Manoj Kohli has been passionate about transforming diverse industries including mobile internet, satellite television, renewable energy and electric vehicles. He has served as the Country Head of SoftBank Group, and led investments in AI-focused startups in India.

Supporting entrepreneurs and CEOs in growth and profitability, coaching them on effective execution of profitable growth strategies and embedding viable business models, Manoj has previously served as Executive Chairman of SB Energy and Managing Director & CEO of Bharti Airtel, achieving global scale and turning the latter into a much-admired brand. He has a background in HR and business leadership, led Escotel, a mobile startup, and served on the Board of GSMA and CII Unicorn Forum. He has received numerous awards, including Company of the Year by The Economic Times and Distinguished Alumni by SRCC Delhi University.
