Bhavesh, a CFA charter holder with a strong foundation in both finance and technology, has returned to YourNest for a second innings. He holds a B.Tech from Delhi Technological University, and brings extensive experience across venture capital, structured finance, and financial modeling.

With a background spanning firms such as Aranca, BNY Mellon, and S&P Global, Bhavesh has developed a comprehensive understanding of public and private markets. At Aranca, he specialised in financial consulting and advisory, delivering high-impact valuations, financial models, and strategic research for global clients.

His prior roles involved deep exposure to structured finance, bond analytics, and market intelligence, where he played a key role in automating complex deal structures and conducting in-depth company analyses.

Bhavesh is passionate about working with startups – supporting them from seed to scale. His analytical rigour, combined with hands-on investment insight, enables him to bridge the gap between finance and innovation.
